poor elevator access

The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Housekeeping barged in early, causing a big inconvenience. The elevator situation was awful, forcing me to carry luggage down stairs, which was difficult due to my asthma. Spending $450 for one night should guarantee a comfortable experience, but this stay was disappointing and frustrating.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored Harbour Cruises for stunning skyline views and the nearby Steveston Seabreeze Adventures. The hotel was a great spot, close to shops and fun dining options. The pool looked nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had trouble with the elevators during peak times. It took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.
